Five Minutes of Grateful …

Welcome to Friday!

I’m hooking up with Lisa-Jo again to share her 5 minute writing prompt. A wonderful community of women who spend a short five minutes of writing their hearts, in real life… No edits, no corrections, no take backs!

Although, we sometimes admit to adding just a touch of extra love in pictures, videos and such! 😉

1. Write for 5 minutes flat with no editing, tweaking or self critiquing.

2. Link back to and invite others to join in {you can grab the button code
in my right side bar}

3. Go and tell the person who linked up before you what their words
meant to you.
Every writer longs to feel heard.

OK, ready? Share with us  your heart and best five minutes for the

Sunshine and flowers, puppies and laughter are things I enjoy in my day to day.

For these I am grateful!

A bible to read in a world where there really are people who have never seen one, and tragically those who have died for possessing one!

For this I am grateful.

The ability to write my heart and have it shared in an infinite environment, reaching others I will likely never know.

I am grateful for this.

Coffee and clean water in bottles.

A roof and walls and floors of ancient wood, with lacey curtains fluttering in the warm summer morning breeze.

For these I am grateful.

Salvation and Favor, Grace and Unconditional Love …

for a Loving Heavenly Father who truly loves and never fails, no matter my failures …

For that I am eternally and infinitely grateful.

For God so loved the world that He sent His only Son so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but enjoy eternal life. God did not send his Son to the world to condemn us, but to save us through Him! Those who believe in Him are not condemned but are SAVED through Him …

Light has come into the world…

Whoever lives by the Truth comes into the light, so that it can be seen clearly that what they have done (everything they have done!) had been done in  the sight of God.

John 3:16-21 [in my words]

For this my very center clinches and renders me to my knees in an unbearable gratefulness that in my humanity I cannot bear, but in this tremendous gratitude my Spirit rejoices and thrives!

Blessings Loves

Author: Hopeannfaith

Welcome, I'm Andrea ... HOPEannFAITH ... I write and take pictures as a way of expression. These are gifts given by a loving and indulgent Father, to a headstrong and stubborn daughter, with much to say. A semi-retired social worker/secretary, I now call myself a writer. I've published one internet article and written many blog posts. However, publishing does not make one a writer, anymore than taking a box camera to the park makes one a photographer. What makes one who and what they are? Well God for one ... formed me before the foundations of this world (Psalm 139); and many, many years after putting away my passion for wordsmithing and picture taking He gave it back ... in droves. I am a culmination of my choices and experiences. It is here that my experiences color the world in print and color. It is my goal to reach just one soul a day with love ... encouragement ... understanding or just letting that soul know that they are not alone where they are today. This is about creating ~ all of it. Creating a HOLY and SACRED place where the ugly truth can be healed and the beauty of a moment or a tear can brighten a day for the experience. Why HOPEannFAITH? Hopeannfaith is my inner child, and she is maturing, as she should have done all along. She is learning all about how Faith fulfills Hope. She is learning how to live. HOPEannFAITH ~ the wonder twins all wrapped up in one, me. These are my Journey Journals ~ written and visual. I welcome your company. I welcome your friendships. My Journey is in the light ~ although I have and will share the shadowy corners and the dark ~ so you know that you are never alone there. If we hold hands in the dark, and we walk, side by side, through the shadow, we will reach the Light together. In relationship with one another and with the Light. Blessings.
